I seem to remeber having done a little research ion them before. I think that that they have been partners under one name and split up.

I have a friend who operated a phony card slabbing company. He told me that PCGS used to post about him. I wish I could find where that was because I am curious to see what they say about IGS. It is pretty clear to me that this IGS is not a large operation and it seems to me that they have a lot in common with my friends phony company.
