The Palms is a large backer of the BF and the offers were made to spur donations. It worked.
Each of the offers were limited and donators had to respond in email to me. Your $100 could have gotten 4 different offers if you had responded before they ended.

There are a number of offers for donations out there. One is Andy's oversized chip for a $100 donation. There are several more incentives on the BF page of the Club BB and some on Andy's site.
As far as I know none of the offers can be combined to get more than one offer for the same donation.
