Irfanview Tutorial

The reason I like this software is that it does just about anythinig one can want, and it's free. OK it's no Photoshop, but it's better than the free ones that come on your computer or with a scanner or camera. Better than the inexpensive photo editors that you can find at the stores.

No it's doesn't do a true watermark, but it adds text, quick and easy.
