I got the same response. I even used the Live Help feature yesterday morning and chatted with somebody from eBay. She recommended I report it to Safe Harbor. I explained that several of us had a few days earlier and she said she would try to expedite our request.

Like you said, not much to do now but watch as more people get taken on the wide variety of stuff this seller is offering.
