Tipping is a very personal thing to people and everyone has their own opinion.

Most tournaments today are holding 3% and up for the tournament staff. 3% on small tournaments is not enough and the staff depends on roughy 2% from the winners. The WSOP is holding up to 6% for staff. They are getting a BIG payday, and rightly deserved.

If my math is correct the $5 in the CCGTCC tournament entry fees for the dealers is about 1%.

We book a lot of tournaments for corporations.
We would charge $9,000 plus $25 per 1/2 hour down for dealers (all going to the dealers), plus the tournament directors fee for an 18 table tournament.
