Perhaps you should revise your description to say you will offer a money back guarantee if you are that confident, and remove the part that says "All sales are final. All sales "As-is"."

Why will you not accept paypal for this item (even though your ebay ad has a large paypal logo on it)? Is it in case the buyer has a problem with it?
