In reply to all your questions, there is NO repair of modifacation to this chip. Your picture does seem a bit smuged, how that happened I don't know. This chip might sound to good to be true but this is the real deal. I'm in no way a dealer of any kind, the background is my sons shirt, since it looks like a poker table. I put a decent reserve on my chip that I thought was fair value, I tried very hard to find out it's true value before I listed it on ebay. BUT all you chip guys but a few would not help in any way. So if my chip doesent bring my reserve I will entertain any offers.
