They do, and I did, but it's like standing on your head, trying to find the right way to do it. I hit one by accident that allowed "other" please explain, so I noted that the guy only sold cheap postcards before, was using eight confirmed stolen images, and had listed numerous Rare (yes I thought eBay would understand the R word grin) items, plus he had changed his account to only accept MO, checks and western union, no more PayPal like before.

Things I didn't add: His listing software changed. His logos and links changed, the look of the listings was changed, from past formats that he always used.

I suspect a hijacked account.

If not, the guy is cleaning house and has a whopping good collection of posters, stamps, trains, comic books, collectible cards and oh yes... casino chips.
