I have received several at email addresses that are not associated with eBay.

One tip off on most of these are spelling or grammer errors - in this one:
"VERIFY YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT REGISTRATION INFORMATIONS."

They should have left off the "s" on INFORMATIONS...
