I gave up collecting stamps to collect chips. All I know about stamps is that they are never worth what the dealers sell them for when YOU want to sell. That and the fact the some dealers sell new unused stamps from the 1940's-1980's for 90% of face value. That means you can buy them at a discount and put them on envelopes.
