I need help. I am getting no response in regards to my early registration for the convention and poker trn. I have paid for both on the internet and have received NO confirmation. I want to make sure I am not shut out of this. ANyone have any help?

Also, how did the established colors for denominations ($1=blue/white, $5=red, etc) come to fruition?
