Many were handed out on the sidewalk at the casino entrance. "Come in and play our machines for free!" Some are given for cashing your paycheck at the cashiers cage.

There aren't nearly as many being used today as there were 20-30 years ago. I add a new one to my collection maybe once or twice a year!
