I noticed that a $1 chip from Belterra I picked up the other night has a different type of inset from one I got when the casino opened back in 1998. The new chip has a high gloss inset and the older one has a dull or matte finish. Is this a real variation or is this too minor to bother with? I did some side by side comparisons to try and show the difference. Both chips are getting the same lighting and both chips are in new condition.
