Larry, the sender will get a receit from the USPO even if no ins. or del confirmation. This receit will show name of post office mailed time and dar. Also, will shoe Zip code where dent weight, and postage amt.It also will show phone number of post office item sent from, and a USPO number. So ask the seller/sender for a copy of USPO receit. Then you will know if it was sent to you or maybe a wrong zip code. Dewlivery confirmation will have a trackinf number and will just show date delivered. Ins. also has a tracking number and a claim can be made for lost item, or damaged item. You need a copy of the receits from sender. Good luck
