Campione is an Italian enclave in Switzerland. I had to look up the word enclave--but it means a small--1.6 kilometer--bit of Italy is located in the middle of a Swiss Canton (state). Casino Municipale is really the only business in Campione. It is said, "Campione is the Casino and the Casino is Campione". It is located right on Lake Lugano in Switzerland and a boat ride from Lugano, Switzerland is the main way to get to the Casino. Two of their Euro Jetons are in the scan below.
