can anyone please help me with resizing my pics. i think i used to have windows XP pro which had an image viwer which u could also resize pics. i now only have windows XP home and have no idea how to reduce the file sizer of my jpegs.

the windows ap that i use to scan my pics also isnt the best. can anybody suggest anything? i have all these chips needing to be traded!
