I understand that the Le Reve theater was incredibly expensive - it was specifically designed for a water show. Being in-the-round caused real logistical issues - they didn't want the evaporation from 80 degree water to make the room a sauna, which made the ventilation system extraordinarily complicated and expensive. My guess is that SO MUCH MONEY was spent developing the show, and building the perfect room, that they are going to tweak that thing until it's a wild success...
