Great idea for those of us on a budget Tom. You aren't the first to come up with this. I remember doing a big chip run to Reno a couple of years ago and I had promised a friend in southern CA I would pick up a bunch for her too. I used the TP rolls and I believe Paper towell rolls (for the serious chip horder) to ship a couple hundred chips to her in a Priority flat rate pack. It worked really well. Looks like your suggestion is going to make you the butt of many jokes though.
