The same thing happened to me several months ago. After sitting frozen for half an hour, I closed out the game & fell asleep for about a half hour. I then tried to get back onto PokerStars, which I did successfully. I then did a search for "ME" and found that the game was still active...only I had gone from being third in chip count to being about 25th or so. I asked PokerStars to refund my entry fee...and they did without a hassle. Good luck. Steve B
