Carry at least ten $1 bills with you every day because you will have at least ten people ask you for a handout between your house and the grocery store!

That reminds me - Do other towns have "Drive-by Beggars"? On at least three occasions I've had someone pull up next to me in a car and ask for money. It's easy to say no since their car has always been nicer than mine!!
