Actually, It's not a matter of they can't use it in Las Vegas because as I recall after the divestment of Bally Corporation, the new casino company Bally's Entertainment (Eventually becoming Caesars Entertainment) took ownership of the trademark and entered into a licensing agreement with the Bally Total Fitness for the right to limited use the Bally name but as I wrote before this seems to be all up for grabs now.
