The Christiana is a hotel in Sun Valley that is still standing, and still very exclusive. They have a great collection of pictures of the ice skaters who have trained there, or visited, I guess, over the years. In Ketchum, right next to Sun Valley, but a separate location, is a restaurant called The Casino, which apparently used to be a casino of some type. I couldn't figure out if they had gambling at one time, but it appeared that it had. I guess this picture is from there. It sure does not look like any part of the Christiana that I saw (which wasn't much, I admit). Not sure if any of this helps.

By the way, I will be going back at the end of July, and intend to visit Ketchum again. But will probably stay away from Sun Valley, which has little of interest for me, having seen it once.
