...the chips from Whiskey Pete's, Buffalo Bill's and Primmadonna (changed to Primm Valley Resort in 1997) all had Jean, NV printed on them. Since 1997, chips from these casinos have been printed with Primm, NV. It would seem the area was known as Jean before it was ever called Primm.

If Mr. Primm, by virture of land ownership was able to name an area after himself, it's conceivable that Harrah's could and may do the same.
