Both TCR-10 & Andy Hughes are correct. In TCR-10, see the "Note/Photo Ref." column showing "MUL." This means Multiple Notes, which are on pages 385-387. N9970's 3 variations are explained on P. 387, the red & silver stickers were added to the 1991 chip.
