Feedback should be given...this is true!
However sometimes LIFE issues get in the way. My example took place 3 years ago when my then 4 year old Grand Daughter was in Intensive Care with Leukemia for 6 months straight. Although I needed to bring in extra cash via ebay, my mindset was not what it should have been and feedback was not at the top of my list. Most people who emailed to remind me, I took care of, and yet sadly many that year did not get feedback. I always try to turn the other cheek... I keep an old saying that reads:
IT IS NICE TO BE IMPORTANT...but IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE NICE!
