a view. I won an ebay auction for some matchbooks quite awhile ago (maybe a year). Despite an email with my shipping address, and enclosing my shipping address with my payment, the matchbooks were shipped to the wrong address. When contacted, the seller didn't apologize for the inconvenience (I had to pick up at post office), and restated their feedback policy which was 'leave me a positive, then I'll leave you one'.

I don't remember for sure if I left feedback or not, probably not....I KNOW I never bid on another auction from that seller, and probably
never will. That's my point of view.
