The whole feedback system is a crock, period. I have 130 positives and two negatives. I got both negatives because I refused to let two different sellers screw me over and get away with it. Both times, the seller would not take back fairly inexpensive (a $13 and a $20) chips whose conditions were deliberately misrepresented (not club members). In both cases, as soon as the seller got the feedback, they left me negative feedback. How in the world is this justified? I paid immediately. What have I done wrong? They have my cash, I have their crap chip. eBay washes their hands in these circumstances. It would take a neutral person seconds to figure out who is in the wrong, but eBay will never do it.
