As a "Buyer" under no circumstances will I ever leave feedback first. As a "Seller" I leave feedback as soon as possible after I have received the payment. I would say that my feedback is about 150 - 200 short of what it should be { as a Buyer } due to the fact that once again as a "Buyer" I won't leave feedback first.
