I don't think so.... not if the location is going to operate as something more than a storage place and museum. If, for instance, it is going to include a retail operation (as suggested) to help cover costs, a strip mall type space would seem to make much more economic sense.

Further, if part of the goal is to help "promote" the club, a good "retail" location would seem to be of paramount importance.

If this is done correctly, the funds already set aside will allow for a nice buildout and reserve. If the retail operation only needs to clear about $2,000 per month, that doesn't seem like a very big obstacle.
