>>Look at the O J Simpson case, even Judge Ito was visibly impressed by the "Dream Team"
What??? He was visbily impressed? I don't even know what that means. Was he impressed by what they looked like?
>>and often chided the prosecution.
As he chided the defense. Are you suggesting that he treated the prosecution unfairly? Can you give me an example?
>>Yes, a high profile person with a high profile defense team (I do believe) slants the scales of justice. With a court appointed lawyer I would bet the ranch Michael Jackson would be bunking with "BuBBa" tonight.
So you think justice is best served if nobody has enough resources to defend themselves. I think it is rather perverse that you think its wrong for anyone to get a fair trial because not everybody gets a fair trial.
>>I think he got off because the accuser’s creditability, not Jackson's innocents [sic]
In other words you think that was guilty even though you don't believe the evidence against him.
>>I am for the victim, and you are usually for American Criminal Libertys if I recall correctly.
Actually I am for the idea of justice. What i don't understand is how someone can "be for the victim" before it is established that there is a victim.
