Last week I bought a chip from a seller in Austraila. He charged AU $2.50 / USD $1.92 for shipping. I thought this was fair.

This week I bought a chip from another seller in Australia ( ebay #3978494610 ). He sent me an invoice asking AU $10.00 / UDS $7.68 for shipping.

Shipping charges to the USA were not stated in the auction info.

I have sent two emails asking for a more reasonable shipping rate, and have had no response.

What are my options?
