destroying someones good name and making him out to be some kind of monster, shouldnt you make sure he intentionally tried to defraud? Sounds like he made a payment and then Paypal canceled it. Maybe Paypal had a bad credit card number, maybe Paypal made a mistake

My understanding is that Paypal canceled the transaction, not the buyer.
