Plenty of collectors here on the Board know more about foreign jetons then I do.
I am not sure that there is a standard set of sizes that are used the most. Most casinos just start small for the lower denominations, and go up from there....I believe David Spragg's site features a B+G catalog, and I am sure the sizes are featured in it.
