I just got burned on a chip transaction by an ebay buyer named 916kerry. He sent two paypal payments for the same 2 chip auctions, so like a good honest dealer, I refunded the overpayment. now a couple days later, I am notified by paypal of fraudulent activity on this persons account and they cancelled the original payment. So now I am out the refunded money and this person will have the chips that have already been mailed. A double burn.
So be aware if you sell chips to this person.
