entitled to his opinion...I do not agree with him totally (i do have James' book, & really like it), however just because you are friends with both of them, you do not need to get bent out of shape of his opinion. Why don't you get over it & move on...I think you want to be the only one with an opinion on anything.

Better yet, let James & David speak for themselves. I would rather doubt if they will respond because of one person's opinion...
