I make this distinction because there are several different Clubs and sometimes this BBS is mistaken for (or confused with) the CCGTCC, Inc. message board (BBS).

CCGTCC Membership Officer, Ralph Myers automatically sends out renewal notices, but kindly asks members to try and track their own renewal dates and renew in a timely manner to avoid incurring additional mailing costs to the Club.

As for renewing for more than one year... Yes, by all means you can do that. But I recommend that you don't go beyond three years. This is because at the end of three years, you can pay for a Life Membership and never have to worry about renewal again.
