In the Second Ed. of The US Guide, Campiglia and Wells state in talking about the scope of the book (Page 8, Paragraph 3)...

"We decided that all major, legal, full-service American casino areas with legitimate gaming commisions would be included. This includes Nevada, Atlantic City, New Jersey; Colorado; Deadwood, South Dakaota; and the various Riverboat casinos. Card Clubs and illegal/indian casinos will not be covered in this or any future edition of the Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide."

So...I don't understand what the complaint is about?
