Check out Las Vegas based Allegiant Air at http://www.allegiantair.com/. They fly direct to Las Vegas from quite a few of the smaller Midwest Cities at about half the price of the other airlines. I got a round trip from Las Vegas to Green Bay for about $170, including fees. They don't fly every day of the week to all locations, but they do seem to have some of the best prices.
