As I mentioned in an earlier posting, Dansco has an album made just for chips. It has 5 pages with 9 - 40mm ports per page for a total of 45 chips per album. The album is about 1" thick so it takes up very little shelf space. I have now discovered that Dansco makes blank albums to hold from 4 to 8 pages. They also make pages that will hold just about any size jeton to a large silver strike. The pages are available with ports (holes) from 16mm - 45mm, 48mm, 50mm, 55mm. And, you can add an index page to completely describe any chip. I really think this is the answer to the storage of chips not on display. You can store 1000 chips on 2 feet of shelf space. No more vinyl or cardboard flips; no more air-tites; but most importantly, you can easily grab an album and see or show-off a group of chips.
