Do you have one of those 2005 Grand Opening chips for sale or trade?

What I find intersting, and stupid, is that Black Oaks has a ND (no denomination) 'Initial Opening' chip from 2001.
NOW, they have a 'Grand Opening' chip for 2005. Is that kosher? Can you delay your grand opening for FIVE FULL YEARS?
