The sheets describing each casino are sometimes bound into a book, Barry. Most often, though, they are missing entirely from an old set. Nice to get everything complete.

Another way these are sometimes found is with an empty box, a book of casino sheets, and each token still in it's plastic-wrapped cardboard shipper. Some collectors (or dealers) never got around to unwrapping and stowing them.
