I think this is a new find, but then again I had never been to Thunder Valley Casino either. This is an oversized NCV that I am not sure how you get. They won't sell at the cage and did not want the players that had them to sell them to me either. I would guess they are used for some kind of poromotion. There was a $25 also. Same on both sidea. Anyone seen these before?
