My ex opened the Rio and worked there over 8 years as poker and keno manager. I knew most everyone there in those years. I don't think I could name one person that works there today.

I've been in LV over 25 years and have never seen the GCB chip issue report. I do know sometimes chips do not make the monthly list for various reasons, rush jobs, oversights, etc.
