Apparently the deal just blew up. Barrick Gaming is accusing Poster Financial of accounting irregularities at the two Golden Nugget Properties and that the deal was also thwarted in part because of the Landry's deal and Poster is accusing Barrick of money difficulties and lacking the financing to complete the deal.
