Win Cards are basic strategy cards for blackjack, roulette and craps. The cards are given free when you buy 15, 1 NCV match-play chips (or 3 5 NCV match-play chips) at participating casinos.

Most Win Cards promotions are run through the slot club. I've included a graphic here that shows the Excalibur (Las Vegas) Win Cards program. The lettered items show what paper work is needed to obtain the numbered items.
