It sure looks like he/she is trying to avoid eBay fees! It is clearly stated to not Ask Seller a Question via eBay linkage as he/she will not get the email. What, did he/she give eBay a bogus email address?

Also, Description has "Buy It Now" offer and price, but "BIN" feature of eBay is not used.

My comments speak nothing of whether or not the person actually has any chips, but I think I speak loudly of his/her integrity!
