I played there in 1962 - what a beautiful elegant place. The croupiers were absolute magicians with those sticks, It was my first experience in a real gambling hall. I was stationed in Heidelberg and three of us made the journey down to Baden-Baden - we all lost but wow, what a great thing to get to do when you are 20 years old. The table minimums were 2 DM - about 50 cents at the time. I expect it is a bit different now days....
