top of the page in the yellow bar, it says file upload. click there it willtake you to a page for uploading your pic. after it's uploaded it will give you an address where your pic is stored
for example:

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads.php?image=/

cut and paste the address to your file in the optional image line of your settings. be sure there is only 1 'http:// ' or your pic won't show!
