I won an auction in late February and paid Les immediately. Time went by and I inquired to Les if the chip had been sent and I was assured it had been.

A month later...no chip. I emailed Les once again and was sent a copy of a receipt showing the date and time the chip was sent.

I then went about tearing up the house, interrogating the family. They know what comes in the padded envelopes and are quite good about putting them right where I can find them.

No chip

I emailed Les one more time to update the situation. The chip must have been lost or intercepted while en route. I never asked for a replacement and was ready to "chalk it up" to experience. Then...

Les offered to send me another chip! What???!!!

That's what I'm talkin' about!

I received the chip today, a $100 Carousel, and it's a beauty! Thank you Les, that was a very generous thing you did. Sellers and traders can learn a lesson from your actions. I can't get to the auction link anymore so I'm working with eBay so I can leave Feedback for you. In the meantime, I wanted to sing your praises on the ChipBoard for all the chippers to see.
