I think Gene is referring to the case between Gaming and Bill Borland.

When Major Riddle died and the Silver Bird closed, the Gaming Commission ruled that the estate could not sell the genuine rack chips to Borland. They said the chips had to be destroyed. Borland sued Gaming in federal court and won. The court ruled the chips were part of the estate.
